Yes. I work with older adults and tailor every program to individual needs, abilities, and goals, with a strong focus on safety, strength, balance, and long-term mobility.
Absolutely. I regularly work with clients who have injuries, limitations,
or chronic pain.
We start with a thorough assessment to understand your history, comfort level,
and any restrictions. From there, I create a customized training plan designed
to work with your body.
Usually, it is an hour to an hour and a half session.
Preferably, 2 to 3 times a week so we can see faster progress.
With over 11 years of experience, I’ve worked with people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. From beginners to experienced athletes, I focus on meeting clients where they are and helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term results.
Do you track progress? How?
Where do you train? (gym, home, online?)
Yes. I track progress through a combination of performance benchmarks,
movement quality, strength improvements, and how you feel day to day.
We regularly review progress and adjust your program as your goals
and abilities evolve.
I train clients in a private gym in Rockville (no fees for a gym), travel to clients’ homes, and also offer online training for flexibility and convenience.
Do you offer a consultation or trial session?
How does pricing work?
Yes. Your first session is 50% off and includes a full assessment to see how
your body moves, what you can comfortably handle, and whether we’re a good fit.
Pricing depends on location.
• $35/hour when training at the gym in Rockville
• Travel sessions are available and priced based on distance
